TA Strategy & Planning
• Translate annual/quarterly/monthly ramp plans into a role-wise hiring plan with
weekly targets.

• Create multi-channel sourcing: LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities,
campus/returnship programs.
• Maintain warm benches for top roles (Processors, Closers, Post-Closing QA,
SDRs/BDMs, QA/Trainers, IT/InfoSec).
• Activate niche sourcing for leaders (Manager/Sr. Manager Ops, Director Sales USA).
Selection & Assessment
• Define structured scorecards per role (domain, accuracy, compliance mindset,
shift/US exposure, culture add).
• Standardize interview loops; run calibration with Hiring Managers; ensure turnaround
SLAs (screen → panel → offer).
Redefining the Future of Lending with Trust-first Initiative
• Introduce work samples/caselets for mortgage roles (file review/TAT drill, data
accuracy test).
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
• Own JD quality, career site copy and outreach templates, keep messaging aligned to
mortgage BPO value prop.
• Measure and uplift candidate NPS, ensure transparent, timely communication and
compliant data handling.
Offer, Onboarding & Readiness
• Drive compensation benchmarking and offer governance, track offer-to-join and no-
show risk with mitigations.
• Partner with Training to plan nesting cohorts, hand off complete dossiers to HR
Operations for Day-1 readiness.
Vendors, Compliance & Ops Excellence
• Set up and manage agencies, background check providers, assessment tools, negotiate
SLAs and rates.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and outreach norms (GDPR/CAN-SPAM friendly
recruiting, consent/opt-out storage).
• Maintain ATS hygiene, dashboards, and weekly TA reviews with leadership.
Candidate Profile
• 7–12 years in Talent Acquisition, at least 3–5 years of US Mortgage process hiring
experience.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring and leadership hiring in parallel, ideally
in a startup/greenfield build.
• Strong data orientation (funnel analytics, forecasting, cohort performance) and
stakeholder management across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable working India nights for US
overlap.
