Role Summary:
As a Mortgage Associate, you will support critical post-origination processes such as loan setup, data
validation, document review, payment processing, escrow, and investor servicing for US residential
mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:
Not limited to what is listed below, but similar in nature and varying depending on the nature of business.
• Accurately enter and validate loan data (borrower details, loan terms, escrow, payment history, etc).
• Review and index mortgage documents such as Notes, Deeds, Closing Disclosures, and Title reports,
etc.
• Support payment posting, escrow setup, and tax/insurance disbursement tracking, etc.
• Assist in loan modification, delinquency tracking, and loss mitigation documentation, etc.
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance with investor and regulatory requirements (Fannie Mae,
Freddie Mac, FHA, VA).
• Generate daily operational reports and perform basic reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal quality and compliance teams to ensure error-free processing.
